Net Neutrality

So I applied for a job which required me to provide a longish writing sample. Other than construction subcontracts, I really hadn't written anything lengthy since college, so I decided to bang out a paper on net neutrality over the weekend. I had a vague understanding of the concepts, but really no firm handle on the particulars so it was a good opportunity to bring myself up to speed.
